📍 Location: Tampa, FL | Edge Building Solutions – Century Cabinets 

Do you have experience in the cabinet or construction industry and enjoy working with customers to keep projects on track? Edge Building Solutions is looking for a Field Service Representative to coordinate service work, support installations, and build strong relationships with builders, superintendents, and subcontractors.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate Field Operations: Serve as the main point of contact for builders, superintendents, subcontractors, and other field personnel.
• Manage Service Requests: Service homeowner warranty appointments and service work to ensure issues are addressed efficiently.
• Keep Projects on Track: Communicate updates, resolve issues, and coordinate schedules to support successful project completion.
• Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Represent Century Cabinets professionally while building positive relationships with customers and partners.
• Final Punch Work: Responsible for Completing all final punch work up to and including Installation of Cabinets and Cabinet Components where needed.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience in the cabinet industry.
• Cabinet Installation Experience required.
• Construction industry experience and familiarity with field operations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, including professional phone and written communication.
• Excellent multitasking, organization, and project coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computers and online systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Smartsheet.
• Experience with Cabinet installation tools and equipment.
• Clean Driving Record

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Full-time position.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
• Travel requirement: Candidates should be comfortable with travel throughout the assigned service area on a daily basis.
